Miss Pooja Sharad Jogi from Mumbai, Maharashtra, has made history as the first lady rider to complete a motorcycle expedition on the world’s highest motorable road. Riding her Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350, she covered a total distance of 3,200 kilometers to celebrate Vijay Kargil Day on July 26.
Her remarkable journey began in Delhi on July 17, 2014, at 8:30 am. She successfully reached Leh and the iconic Khardung La Pass, situated at an altitude of 18,380 feet, before returning to Delhi by July 29, 2014, at 6:30 pm. With this achievement, Pooja Sharad Jogi set a new record, inspiring riders and adventurers across the country.
