In celebration of Janmashtami, the birth of Lord Krishna, Doon Blossom Academy, located on New C.G. Road, Chandkheda, Ahmedabad, organized a vibrant and spiritually uplifting Child Rathyatra (Spiritual Walk) with enthusiastic participation from approximately 650 students.
The unique event was held with the goal of instilling values of Indian culture, spirituality, and the significance of Hindu festivals among the younger generation. Students dressed in traditional attire joyously pulled decorated chariots symbolizing Lord Krishna’s journey, accompanied by devotional chants, music, and dancing.
This Rathyatra served as a platform to educate children about the cultural roots and spiritual essence of Janmashtami while fostering unity, devotion, and pride in India’s rich heritage.
The celebration reflected the school’s commitment to holistic development by blending education with tradition, and encouraging children to experience and preserve their cultural legacy from a young age.
