In a remarkable display of national pride and unity, the Ajit Nagar Bazaar Committee, along with members of various religions, castes, and communities, has successfully hoisted and lowered the Indian national flag over 1,400 times at the Patriotic Selfie-Point area in Agra.
Following the flag code of India, this daily ritual has been conducted consistently every day at 9:30 AM since January 2018. Their unwavering commitment to salute the nation and inspire patriotism among citizens culminated in setting a new world record on 13th December 2021 at Kheria Tiranga Chowk, Agra.
This initiative reflects the spirit of communal harmony and deep respect for the national symbol, encouraging citizens to honor India’s heritage and unity through this dedicated flag-hoisting ritual.
