In a commendable effort to foster educational awareness and support the vision of Honourable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s “Vanche Gujarat” mission, Mr. Ronak Patel, founder of Sudama Stationers, successfully organized a total of 28 Book Fairs across various schools in Gujarat between 2014 and 2015.
These book fairs showcased a rich and diverse collection of over 5,000 books covering subjects such as health, traditional stories, educational resources, and motivational literature, aimed at nurturing reading habits among students and encouraging family involvement in learning.
The initiative drew overwhelming participation, engaging more than 15,000 students and 20,000 parents throughout the campaign. Mr. Patel’s effort not only aligned with the cultural and educational ethos of Vanche Gujarat but also served as a significant community-building exercise that bridged schools and families through the power of books.
Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Ronak Patel said, “Reading is the foundation of education and growth. Through these book fairs, we wanted to create an environment where learning is celebrated, and young minds are inspired to read and dream.”
Educators and community leaders praised the initiative for its scale, impact, and alignment with national educational goals. The campaign continues to be a model for how private individuals and businesses can contribute meaningfully to the nation’s development through grassroots educational outreach.
