In a heartfelt musical tribute to the legendary Bollywood music directors Laxmikant-Pyarelal, Bollytunes Musical Entertainers & Events, Nagpur, successfully organized a 2-day nonstop Karaoke Singing Marathon, setting a new official world record.
The grand event, held at “Studio Bollytunes” Live Performing Studio in Sonegaon, Nagpur, was led by noted singer Mayank Bhorkar and his dedicated team. A total of 132 male and female singers, supported by 8 technical team members, came together to perform 264 iconic songs originally composed by the Laxmikant-Pyarelal duo.
Running continuously for two days, the event showcased timeless melodies that have defined generations of Indian cinema. The entire marathon was live-streamed on YouTube and officially adjudicated by the World Records India Team, confirming the feat as a new world record for the longest karaoke singing marathon dedicated to Laxmikant-Pyarelal.
The initiative not only celebrated the rich legacy of the musical maestros but also demonstrated the passion, talent, and unity of India’s music community.
