Marg Vidhyalaya Senior Secondary School in Chennai achieved a historic milestone on February 14, 2025, by setting three world records certified by Elite World Records, Asian Records Academy, India Records Academy, and Tamilan Book of Records.
The first record was for the Most Human Pyramids Formed by a Team in 30 Minutes, with 290 participants constructing 133 human pyramids, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and coordination.
The second achievement was the Longest Readathon Relay by a Team, lasting 12 hours and 2 minutes, involving 319 participants reading in English, Tamil, and Hindi, highlighting the school’s commitment to literacy.
The third record was for the Most Participants Presenting Mathematics Concepts, Definitions, and Formulae in 3 Hours (Single Venue), with 165 out of 167 participants successfully presenting, emphasizing the institution’s focus on mathematics and logical reasoning.
