SNAPPED: JHMR sets new world record for skiers, riders in jeans

TETON VILLAGE, Wyo. — On Saturday, Dec. 7, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort (JHMR) set the world record for the most people skiing and riding in jeans with 3,320 participants for the Resort’s 2nd Annual Ski in Jeans Day.

According to an announcement from JHMR today, Dec. 9, the Resort set the previous record with the first iteration of the event last year, with 3,114 participants.

The event was inspired by a similar event in New Zealand, known as the Denim Dash, which set the original record of skiers in jeans prior to JHMR’s 2023 world record.
