Sara Khan, a second-year student in the Department of Mass Communication at Arya College in Panipat district, Haryana, has set a record in the India Book of Records. By achieving this milestone, Sara has brought pride not only to her college but also to her city, Panipat, and the state of Haryana. On this remarkable achievement, the college principal, Dr. Jagdish Gupta, congratulated Sara Khan and wished her a bright future. He also extended congratulations to the Head of the Department of Mass Communication, Dr. Dinesh Gahlayan, as well as Shivank Rawal, Keshav Sharma, Vivek Sharma, and Professor Ghazal Panchal.
Dr. Dinesh Gahlayan, Head of the Department of Mass Communication, shared that Sara Khan, a second-year BAMC student, set a record in the India Book of Records by writing the names of all Indian states in Arabic within 16 minutes and 26 seconds. He mentioned that the previous record in the India Book of Records for this feat was 1 hour and 7 minutes, which Sara surpassed by completing it in just 16 minutes.
Dr. Gahlayan added that Sara is exceptionally talented. She actively contributes to the ACP network and the Prerna newspaper run by the department. Sara has also won several awards in various competitions in the past.
