FIRST MALE COVID-19 RECOVERED PATIENT TO SUMMIT KEDARKANTHA PEAK (12,500 FEET)

To inspire COVID-19 patients and honor the brave corona warriors who have shown extraordinary resilience during the challenging pandemic, Jimmy Pattani, a recovered COVID-19 patient, achieved a remarkable feat by becoming the first person in India to summit Kedarkantha Peak (12,500 feet) within 21 hours after battling and recovering from COVID-19. This historic achievement set a new world record on 30th December 2021 at Kedarkantha, Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand.

Before embarking on his summit, Jimmy submitted both his COVID-19 positive and negative RT-PCR medical reports to the World Records India office as proof of his recovery. The record-setting event was managed and adjudicated by expert instructor Pranav Gaudhaviya (M.O.I., JIM), founder of World Treasure and Adventure Phunk.

Jimmy’s inspiring journey stands as a powerful message of hope, determination, and strength for all those fighting the pandemic.
