FIT India, in collaboration with Becton Dickinson India Private Limited, successfully launched the ‘GO GREEN STAY FIT’ campaign as part of the FIT Insulin Injection Day commemoration. The initiative focused on promoting the safe disposal and single use of insulin injecting devices to prevent accidental needle-stick injuries among patients and healthcare workers.

A remarkable total of 5,391 Indian healthcare professionals and caregivers pledged their commitment to the campaign, reinforcing the importance of safety and environmental responsibility in diabetes care.

The campaign highlighted practical steps for safe insulin injection practices, contributing to improved patient safety and awareness across the country.
