In a historic spiritual feat, the village of Raika in Gujarat has etched its name into the record books by organizing a nonstop Terakshari Ramdhun chanting of the sacred mantra “Shree Ram Jai Ram Jai Jai Ram”, completing an astounding 2 crore chants in 864 hours.
This extraordinary spiritual event was held on the auspicious occasions of Shri Ramdevji Maharaj Pran Pratishtha Mahotsav and Vishnu Mahayagna Mahotsav 2023, with the divine blessings of 1008 Shri Mahamandaleshwar Shree Patit Pawandashji Maharaj of Nagnesh Dham.
The sacred chanting began on 20th May 2023 at 2:30 PM and concluded successfully on 26th May 2023 at 12:39 PM, spanning 36 consecutive days (864 hours) of uninterrupted devotion. The event took place at Hindwani Haakal Dham Rayka Nutan Mandir, organized with the spiritual guidance and support of Shri Keshubhai Jograna and Shri Surjitsinh Gohil.
Hundreds of devoted participants came together in unwavering faith to collectively perform the Terakshari Ramdhun, resonating the air with divine vibrations of Lord Ram’s name. The discipline, coordination, and devotion displayed by the devotees over such an extended period have been lauded widely.
This record-setting spiritual marathon now holds the honor of a New World Record, cementing Raika’s place as a beacon of faith, unity, and devotion in modern times.
