In a remarkable display of selfless service and social commitment, Shri Bhausaheb Ravsaheb Andhalkar, a renowned Shiv Sena leader, retired Senior Police Inspector, and founder of Rajmata Indutai Andhalkar Annachatralaya, Barshi, Solapur, Maharashtra, was recognized for his extraordinary humanitarian efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
From the onset of the nationwide lockdown in March 2020, Shri Andhalkar and his team dedicated themselves to aiding the most affected communities. Through relentless efforts, they distributed grocery kits, medical kits, and food packets to sanitary workers, teachers, artists, and other marginalized sections of society. Going beyond essentials, they also provided relief funds and travel support to thousands of migrant workers struggling to return home.
Over the course of the pandemic, the team successfully served more than 5 lakh individuals, making a significant impact across the Solapur region.
In recognition of his outstanding, dedicated, and yeoman service to the nation during the global health crisis, Genius Foundation & World Records of India proudly conferred a World Record Certificate to Shri Bhausaheb Andhalkar.
