In a remarkable feat to motivate and train people amid the COVID-19 pandemic, JCI Mapusa successfully organized the ‘Uday Training Day’—a continuous 24-hour virtual training marathon featuring 24 motivational speakers from across the globe. The event kicked off at midnight on May 23, 2021, and concluded exactly 24 hours later on May 24, 2021, offering back-to-back sessions on motivation and essential soft skills.

The marathon aimed to uplift and empower participants by providing them with valuable insights and practical training during challenging times. This unprecedented initiative set a new record for the longest continuous virtual training event, reflecting JCI Mapusa’s commitment to community development and personal growth.

The event was celebrated as part of National Training Day 2021 and drew participants from diverse backgrounds, making it a truly global endeavor.
