Most Premature Twins Ever Celebrate 4th Birthday After Doctors Said They Wouldn’t Survive

The world’s most premature twins have celebrated their fourth birthday, marking an incredible milestone after doctors once feared they would not survive.

The twins, Adiah Nadarajah and Adrial Nadarajah, were born in Cleveland, Ohio, United States at just 22 weeks of pregnancy, far earlier than the typical 40-week term. Their birth set a remarkable record recognized by Guinness World Records for the most premature twins ever to survive.

At the time of their birth, doctors warned the family that the chances of survival were extremely low due to the twins’ extremely early arrival and tiny size. However, after months of intensive care and medical support, the siblings gradually grew stronger.

The twins received specialized treatment at University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital, where medical teams worked tirelessly to help them overcome the challenges associated with extreme prematurity.

Now four years old, Adiah and Adrial are thriving, bringing joy to their family and inspiring people around the world with their story of resilience and hope.
