In a heartwarming and historic achievement, Ace-Liam Nana Sam Ankrah, a toddler from Ghana, has been officially recognised by Guinness World Records as the world’s youngest male painter, at the remarkable age of one year and 152 days.
His mother, Chantelle Kuukua Eghan, a professional artist with over eight years of experience, shared her immense pride in her son’s early talent. “He already knows what colours complement each other,” she told the BBC, beaming with joy.
Ms Eghan said she first noticed Ace-Liam’s artistic inclinations when he was just six months old, observing how naturally he interacted with paint and canvas. Since then, the young prodigy has continued to create abstract works that have impressed art lovers and experts alike.
“I hope he takes the art world by storm,” she added, hopeful that her son’s early start will blossom into a lifelong creative journey.
Ace-Liam’s recognition not only celebrates his exceptional ability but also places a bright spotlight on Ghana’s emerging talents in the global arts scene.
