On the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on October 2, 2016, M. M. Jasdanwala organized a remarkable event to promote Gandhian awareness. Held at Rasthriyashala in Rajkot, Gujarat, the highlight of the event was the creation of the world’s largest Gandhi spectacles, crafted entirely from wheat on the ground. The massive installation measured 25 feet by 25 feet, symbolizing Mahatma Gandhi’s vision and message of self-reliance and simplicity. This unique tribute not only celebrated Gandhi’s enduring legacy but also set a new record, inspiring the public to embrace his values and teachings.
