Dr. Sagi Satyanarayana, an Indian physician and academician from Hyderabad, Telangana, holds the world record for earning the highest number of doctorates—111 in total. His academic achievements span various disciplines, including General and Clinical Psychology, Medical Sciences, Alternative Medicine, Yoga and Spirituality, Medical Astrology, Public Health, and Preventive Medicine. These degrees were awarded by 25 universities worldwide and comprise 15 Doctor of Science (D.Sc.), 25 Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.), and 71 Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degrees.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Satyanarayana has authored over 180 books in both Telugu and English, covering topics such as spirituality, medicine, astrology, and yoga. His prolific writing has earned him multiple Guinness World Records, including:
- Most Number of Published Works by One Person in a Calendar Year: Writing 72 books between December 15, 2012, and December 31, 2013.

Dr. Satyanarayana currently serves as the Vice-Chancellor of two universities based in Surat, Gujarat: Maharishi Vedavyasa International Virtual Vedic University and Vedic Microbiology Virtual University .
