In a remarkable initiative aligned with Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s “Clean India” mission, Rajkot Municipal Corporation organized the Largest House Cleaning Lesson at BPAS Hall, Kalawad Road, Rajkot.
Led by Prof. Deepak Mashru, the event took place on 28th May 2017 and lasted for one hour, during which 1,921 participants gathered to learn valuable in-house cleaning tips. Prof. Mashru delivered a comprehensive lesson that included live demonstrations and practical advice on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within homes.
Following the session, all participants enthusiastically performed the cleaning lesson on their own, applying the techniques they had just learned. This event not only promoted the ideals of cleanliness and hygiene but also showcased Rajkot’s commitment to the national Swachh Bharat campaign.
The “Largest House Cleaning Lesson” set a new record and highlighted the power of community-driven initiatives to bring positive change at the grassroots level.
