On the solemn occasion of the 131st birthday of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, the late Shri Mohanbhai Jerambhai Rathwa and his family from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, created history by preparing the biggest photo cake ever made, setting a new world record.
The magnificent cake, measuring a staggering 15 feet by 4 feet and weighing 151 kilograms, was meticulously crafted using icing, soya cream, cherry, edible colors, and sugar sheets. The entire masterpiece was prepared in just 6 hours at the Sabarmati Harijan Ashram Trust Ground, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad.
This giant cake bore a photo tribute and was distributed to 1,000 underprivileged people in a single day, blending celebration with social welfare and generosity.
The event was graciously supported by Shri Bharatbhai Jitiya and Shri Deepakbhai Rathod, with seamless management by Shri Mayur Solanki, making the occasion a memorable and well-organized success.
In recognition of this extraordinary feat, Genius Foundation & World Records of India awarded the Rathwa family a certificate of appreciation, honoring their innovative spirit and selfless service to society.
