In a one-of-a-kind legal documentation feat, Dr. Arun Lahoti, an esteemed advocate from Surat, Gujarat, has created and registered the most luxurious Sale Deed in the world, showcasing an extraordinary blend of law, creativity, and opulence.
Prepared for his client Ms. Rita Rajendra Kumar Chandak, the Sale Deed was crafted using approximately 10 grams of gold, 2.600 kilograms of silver, real diamonds, and other artificial stones, making it not only a legal document but a piece of art.
The deed comprises 5 A4-sized pages, intricately designed by Manmohan Pasari, and duly registered under the Registration Act at the Sub Registrar’s Office, Surat. The process followed all legal protocols and formalities, setting a New World Record for the most luxurious and uniquely crafted legal sale deed.
This pioneering creation not only demonstrates the versatility of legal documentation but also reflects how tradition and luxury can merge with legality, setting a new benchmark in the realm of legal presentation.
