On the auspicious occasion of the 150th Birth Anniversary of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhiji, Jeet Vipulbhai Trivedi, a blindfolded memory genius from Bhavnagar, Gujarat, achieved a remarkable milestone. On 1st October 2019, under the guidance of Hon. Parshottam Rupala, Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Jeet cycled blindfolded for 26 kilometers from the Mahatma Gandhi Temple in Gandhinagar to Sabarmati Ashram, Ahmedabad.
This extraordinary feat was undertaken to spread a powerful message promoting the “Clean India” and “Fit India” campaigns across the nation. Jeet’s incredible achievement not only set a new world record but also inspired thousands to embrace cleanliness and fitness as national priorities.
The event witnessed enthusiastic support from local authorities and citizens, highlighting the spirit of dedication and commitment that aligns with Gandhiji’s vision for a healthier and cleaner India.
