SNBP Group of Institutes Sets World Record with Largest Maharashtrian Warkari Procession Rangoli

In a vibrant celebration of Maharashtra’s rich culture and heritage, SNBP Group of Institutes organized a spectacular World Record event on 23rd June 2022 at their Rahatani Campus. The educational organization created an astonishing 34 rangolis arranged in a single line, measuring 200 feet long and 6 feet high. These rangolis depicted various aspects of the traditional Maharashtrian “Warkari Procession,” a devotional pilgrimage dedicated to Lord Pandurang.

The intricate artworks were crafted by skilled artists from Somnath Arts, led by Shri Somnath Bhongale and his team. The event was held with the support and encouragement of Dr. D.K. Bhosale, Chairman of SNBP Group of Institutes, aiming to sensitize the younger generation to Maharashtra’s cultural roots and spiritual traditions.

The record-setting rangoli installation not only showcased artistic brilliance but also highlighted the deep devotion and love for Lord Pandurang, bringing together community, culture, and creativity in an inspiring tribute.

This landmark event has set a new world record, adding another feather to SNBP’s commitment to cultural education and community engagement.
