“World Record: Most People Hoist Longest Indian Flag Dressed as Freedom Fighters”

In a grand display of patriotism and national pride, Mission Vande Mataram Foundation in collaboration with Shri Ram Karambhumi Nyas organized a spectacular celebration titled “Har Ghar Tiranga” on the eve of 75th Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The event was held under the inspiring leadership of Shri Arjit Shashwat, Chief Patron of the initiative.

The highlight of the event was the hoisting of the Longest Indian National Flag, measuring 75 meters in length and 6 meters in width, covering a total area of 450 square meters. This symbolic gesture was brought to life by 2,500+ proud citizens and 75 students dressed as freedom fighters, who came together in a stirring tribute to India’s independence struggle.

Held at Bhagalpur, Bihar, this impressive feat set a New World Record, marking yet another historic moment in the nationwide celebrations of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The colorful flag hoisting ceremony was accompanied by patriotic songs, chants of “Vande Mataram,” and a powerful message of unity, cultural pride, and remembrance.

Shri Arjit Shashwat addressed the crowd, stating, “This celebration is not just about a flag—it’s a salute to our freedom fighters and a message to the youth to uphold the values of our great nation.”
