Col. Anil Amar Ahlawat, son of the late Lt. Col. Chhotu Ram Ahlawat (Sena Medal) and great-grandson of Shri Jamna Ram Ahlawat, has achieved a remarkable feat in the world of swimming education by setting a new world record. Col. Ahlawat, known for his dedication and expertise, successfully trained 85 non-swimmer students from Motilal Nehru School of Sports in Rai, Haryana, to swim in just 22 days.
Using the revolutionary Nirbhay-The Breakthrough method, a world’s safest, fastest, and most cost-efficient swimming training methodology, Col. Ahlawat set ambitious benchmarks for the students: swim a minimum of 500 meters and stay afloat for 30 minutes. The results exceeded expectations, with 72 students swimming at least 500 meters, and 46 students staying afloat for the required 30 minutes.
This breakthrough in swimming training demonstrates Col. Ahlawat’s commitment to empowering students with life-saving skills while also showcasing the effectiveness of the Nirbhay methodology. The program’s success not only made waves in India but also caught the attention of swimming experts globally for its innovative approach.
The achievement has been widely appreciated, and Col. Ahlawat’s dedication to helping young students overcome their fear of water and gain confidence has set a new benchmark in swimming education.
In his statement, Col. Ahlawat shared, “I believe that everyone, regardless of their background or initial skill level, can learn to swim with the right guidance and method. Nirbhay-The Breakthrough is proof that dedication, the right approach, and consistency can help anyone achieve remarkable success.”
Col. Ahlawat’s record-breaking achievement stands as a testament to his perseverance and the power of innovative methods in sports training. His efforts continue to inspire and pave the way for more non-swimmers to master this vital skill.
