The new Guinness World Records 2026 book is now on sale, celebrating a new generation of “Young Achievers” whose incredible talents and dedication have earned them a place in the iconic annual publication. From artists to athletes and “human calculators,” these young record-breakers are proving that age is no barrier to achieving greatness.
Among the standout stars is Ace-Liam Ankrah from Ghana, who at just one year and 152 days old, is the world’s youngest male artist. He has already created over 20 paintings, with his work gaining attention from the First Lady of Ghana.
Another young genius featured in the book is Aaryan Shukla from India, a “human calculator” who can solve complex mathematical problems in seconds without a calculator. When asked to explain his incredible talent, he simply stated, “I cannot explain what happens inside my head, I just do it naturally.”
Speed cubing sensation Yiheng Wang from China also makes an appearance, holding the record for the fastest time to solve a 3x3x3 rotating puzzle cube (3.08 seconds) and the fastest average time to solve a 2x2x2 cube (0.88 seconds).
On the sports front, Australian skateboarding champion Mia Kretzer is recognized as the world’s youngest female X Games gold medalist, while American waterskier Jake Abelson holds the record for the most points from waterskiing tricks.
The book also shines a spotlight on rising stars like Bianca Ciocirlan from Romania, who broke a record by performing 45 seated pirouettes on her hoverboard in just 30 seconds.
The stories of these “Young Achievers” are featured in a special comic-book-inspired section of the Guinness World Records 2026 book, designed to inspire and encourage kids to discover their own unique talents and consider attempting a record of their own.
