Shriram Automall India Limited (SAMIL), India’s largest marketplace for pre-owned vehicles and equipment, has set a new milestone in the pre-owned automobile industry by organizing ‘SAMIL UTSAV’, a record-breaking event conducted under the visionary leadership of Mr. Sameer Malhotra, Director & CEO of SAMIL.
The event featured 100+ Phygital (Physical + Digital) Auctions held simultaneously in 100 cities across the country. During the single-day mega auction, over 7,900 pre-owned vehicles, equipment, and other assets were successfully sold, resulting in transactions exceeding INR 215 Crore.
This unprecedented initiative marks a significant transformation in the used automobile ecosystem by seamlessly integrating physical and digital platforms, offering maximum reach and convenience to buyers and sellers across India. The feat has been officially recognized as a new national record and highlights SAMIL’s leadership and innovation in the pre-owned asset industry.
