To promote awareness of Bollywood karaoke singing among the public, BollyTunes Musical Entertainers & Events, Nagpur, Maharashtra, organized a spectacular World Record event. Under the leadership of singer Mayank Bhorkar and his dedicated team, 54 singers simultaneously performed an astounding 135 duet songs originally sung by the legendary Bollywood singer Kishore Kumar.
The marathon karaoke singing event began at 10:30 AM on April 10, 2022, and continued nonstop until 10:30 PM the same day, lasting a total of 12 hours. The event took place at the “Studio Bollytunes” Live Performing Studio in Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
The remarkable achievement was adjudicated by veteran singers Mr. Sunil Waghmare and Mr. Kailash Tankar, who served as the special jury for World Records of India.
This record-setting event successfully brought the magic of Bollywood karaoke to the forefront and celebrated the timeless legacy of Kishore Kumar’s music.
