Dring the grand celebrations of Shree Vachanamrut Dwistabadi Mahotsav 2019, the Shree Swaminarayan Temple of Bhuj City, Kutch, Gujarat, organized a spectacular Garba program that set a new world record. More than 1000 participants danced continuously for 30 minutes while holding 2000 Diyas (lamp lights) in their hands at the Chatrdi Lake Ground, Bhuj.
The mesmerizing traditional dance was expertly choreographed by Chinmay Bhatt and Jayesh Ahir, adding cultural depth and precision to the event. The program was professionally managed and supervised by Shri Milan Soni, Senior Adjudicator of World Record of India, ensuring the authenticity and success of the record attempt.
This record-breaking Garba not only celebrated tradition and devotion but also showcased the spirit and unity of the community, making the occasion a memorable highlight in Bhuj’s cultural calendar.
