Dr. Jaswinder Kaur Sets World Record with Longest Canvas Tribute to Saint Meera Bai

In an inspiring initiative to promote Indian art and the spiritual teachings of saints, Dr. Jaswinder Kaur, a talented female artist from Beas, Punjab, has created a monumental artistic achievement by completing the Longest Set of Paintings on Canvas, celebrating the life and legacy of Saint Meera Bai.

Measuring a total of 66 meters in length and 20 inches in height—equivalent to 2598 inches—the canvas features 76 individually crafted paintings. These artworks chronicle the different phases of life, intertwined with scripted narratives, poetic verses, and bhajans (devotional songs) that depict and honor Saint Meera Bai’s spiritual journey and teachings.

This exceptional effort was officially recognized as a New World Record on April 12, 2024, in New Delhi, India.
