India created history at the 2011 World Junior Table Tennis Championships in Bahrain as the boys’ team secured the country’s first-ever bronze medal at the prestigious event.

The team, comprising Soumyajit Ghosh, Harmeet Desai, and G. Sathiyan, delivered a spirited performance throughout the tournament to reach the semifinals and finish on the podium.
