In a proud moment for Indian table tennis, Ganeshan Neelakanta Iyer was inducted as a member of the International Table Tennis Federation’s (ITTF) Umpires and Referees Committee (URC) in June 2017.
With this prestigious appointment, Iyer became one of the few Indians to be recognized at such a high level in the international officiating community. His inclusion in the URC highlights his extensive experience and commitment to the sport, both in India and abroad.
