Now, Chef Nigel NG, popular as Uncle Roger on social media, has created a world record for the most fried rice tossed and caught with a ladle in 30 seconds, leaving the internet amused.
According to the official website of GWR, the event took place on September 14 at Chef Nigel’s new restaurant, FUIYOH! It’s UNCLE ROGER in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The viral video shows the man effortlessly tossing the fried rice in the air, catching it, and plating it without spilling a grain. He tossed and caught 1,240 grams of fried rice.
